Mass at 8:30 a.m., workshop begins at 9:15 a.m.

The Saint Paul Seminary Institute for Catholic School Leadership, Institute for Ongoing Clergy Formation and the Archdiocesan Office for the Mission of Catholic Education are excited to offer a special workshop for pastors, principals and parish business administrators. The unity and collaboration of this parish team depend on a clear understanding of mission, roles, and effective team dynamics. This one-day workshop will help newly and recently formed pastor-principal-business administrator relationships get off to a great start to foster a vibrant parish and school experience that is grounded in both faith and constructive team building skills.

Join Archbishop Bernard Hebda and Dr. Jason Slattery and Gayle Stoffel from the Archdiocesan Office for Mission of Catholic Education along with Deacon Dan Gannon, Dr. Pam Patnode, Paul Ruff, and Eric Dumas of The Saint Paul Seminary for a deep dive into the crucial dynamics between parish and school leadership.

NOTE: Part of the day’s discussions will center on “The Six Types of Working Genius” — an assessment tool meant to identify one’s greatest strengths at work. Please take the Six Types of Working Genius Assessment and bring the report emailed to you upon completion on Feb. 6.
