I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE SOURCE AND SUMMIT EUCHARISTIC PROCESSION ON MAY 27, 2024 (THE “ACTIVITY”) WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGERS INVOLVED. I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF THE NATIONAL EUCHARISTIC CONGRESS (NEC), MODERN CATHOLIC PILGRIM (MCP), THE ARCHDIOCESE OF SAINT PAUL AND MINNEAPOLIS (ASPM), THE SAINT PAUL SEMINARY (SPS) , UNIVERSITY OF SAINT THOMAS (UST), OR OTHERWISE. I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against the NEC, MCP, ASPM, SPS, and UST their officers, directors, managers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Releasees”) on account of personal or psychological injury, illness, pain, suffering, temporary or permanent disability, death, property damage, or financial loss arising out of or attributable to my participating in the Activity, whether arising out of the ordinary negligence of any Releasees or otherwise.
