From the rector: Reasons for hope during trying times
There are signs of hope at The Saint Paul Seminary. We begin the year with 106 seminarians, matching the highest enrollment since 1979. These men have responded to Christ’s call with hopeful and generous hearts, a beautiful testament to God’s grace at work today. We also welcome outstanding new faculty this fall. Additionally, our faculty speak to the enduring impact of Catholic social teaching, especially under our new Holy Father, Pope Leo XIV.
Saint Paul Seminary celebrates institution of 18 seminarians as acolytes
The Saint Paul Seminary on Monday celebrated the institution of 17 seminarians into the ministry of acolyte during a special Mass in St. Mary’s Chapel celebrated by Bishop Gerard Battersby of the Diocese of La Crosse. Another seminarian will be instituted in his home diocese of Fargo at a later date.
