Associate Director of Alumni Engagement
A senior advancement position responsible for the coordination and ongoing development of a comprehensive donor and alumni engagement program. This position works closely with the Director of Advancement in designing systems of engagement and interfaces with other directors of the seminary in engaging benefactors and alumni.
Systems Analyst
Works primarily within the Institutional Advancement department and oversees the CRM for The Saint Paul Seminary. This person is responsible for the day-to-day management of the database, coordinates development mailings, tracks and analyzes giving trends, and interfaces with both the UST Controller’s Office and the seminary’s business administrator. Additionally, he or she will lead the effort to assist all seminary departments to share and use data in accord with best business practices.
