Cor Jesu is a First Friday devotion for college students and young adults, that takes place during the academic year, in St. Mary’s Chapel at The Saint Paul Seminary. The monthly liturgy includes Eucharistic adoration, Scripture reading, a “feverino”(short homily), confession, praise and worship music, prayer teams and fellowship.

The ministry of lector is to proclaim the readings from Sacred Scripture, with the exception of the Gospel. Lectors may also announce the intentions for the Universal Prayer and, in the absence of a psalmist, recite the Psalm between the readings.
