Register now for Dr. Mary Healy’s talk on Sacred Scripture.
In an age marked by secularism and relativism, Healy’s lecture aims to refocus attention on the timeless authority of Scripture and its role in shaping not just personal faith but the very heart of the Church. Drawing from her extensive background as a professor of sacred Scripture at Sacred Heart Major Seminary and her work on the Pontifical Biblical Commission and with the Vatican’s Dicastery for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments, Healy will offer reflections on how the Word of God continues to be a living, active force in the Church and the world today.
The Archbishop John Ireland Lecture series honors the legacy of Archbishop Ireland, founder of The Saint Paul Seminary, who was a passionate advocate for Catholic education and leadership. This event continues that mission by fostering thoughtful dialogue on issues central to the Church’s life and mission.
The event is free and open to the public, but registration is required.
