The Master of Arts in Catholic School Leadership for Mission and Culture is a 37-credit degree program in which students are prepared to be mission-focused leaders at all levels in their Catholic schools.
The heart of this new degree is the Certificate in Catholic School Leadership. The new degree also provides an opportunity for an exciting collaboration with the Department of Catholic Studies here at the University of St. Thomas. The additional 18 elective credits in the MACSLMC can be fulfilled by the completion of the Certificate in the Mission and Culture of Catholic Education.

Dr. Justin Shay
Program Director of the Certificate in Catholic School Leadership
From the director
"Catholic schools are vital to the mission of the Church. The Master of Arts in Catholic School Leadership for Mission and Culture prepares aspiring and experienced leaders to exercise mission-focused executive leadership animated by a lively and joyful Catholic faith. At the Saint Paul Seminary, we recognize that Catholic school leadership is more than effective administration; it is a genuine pastoral ministry and a call from God to serve His Church. Our formation equips students academically, professionally, spiritually, and pastorally to respond confidently to that call."
